Featuring a kids hockey game, authentic Canadian cuisine, and plenty of fun and good times to be had, the Canada Day celebration will commemorate Canada's 146th year of independence on June 29th.
The Canada Day celebration to be held in Taipei later this week will allow visitors to get up close and personal with Canadian fine arts, live music, food and sports, according to the organizers.
The event celebrating Canada's 146th birthday will be held at the Hakka Cultural Park in Taipei on June 29, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan said recently.
Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to taste Canadian beef dishes and enjoy live performances by several Canadian bands, such as The Ever So Friendlies, the chamber said.
