Two Rivers One of Denver's bigger farming companies has recently completed a $5 million equity private placement, which will be used for the renovation of their premises. The company also recently entered into a contract and there fore are looking towards long-term success.
Denver-basedTwo Rivers & Farming Co.announced Monday it has completed a $5 million equity private placement.
The proceeds will be used to expand its irrigated farm operations and prepare for development of reservoir storage to support its farm operations in Pueblo County.
"In 2012 Two Rivers acquiredDionisio Farms & Produceand entered into a long-term employment agreement with Russ Dionisio," Wayne Harding, Two Rivers' Chief Financial Officer, said in a statement.
"By those agreements Two Rivers began a long-term commitment to develop irrigated vegetable farming and produce operations on the Arkansas River," Harding said. Read More on denverpost.com
