Often referred to as a hot dog stand for grown-ups, PDT actually does have its roots there, as it is adjacent to the Crif Dogs space that has become a local legend in the East Village. The drinks here even keep up with the meat theme to a degree, using bacon-infused bourbon in many of them.

Master mixologist Jim Meehan heads the cocktail menu and counts Staggerac as one of his favorites, a potent mixer paying homage to the deer head on the wall. PDT stands for Please Don't Tell, so keep it a secret!
