The Omni pop-up’s menu gathers inspiration from classic holiday flavors and a few of the drinks include, “The Blitzen,” a delicious twist on a rum negroni, “Frost Bite,” a cold-weather spin of the classic pina colada and, the tasty “Tidings of Whiskey & Joy,” a Christmas-y version of the New York Sour. Each themed beverage is equipped with holiday garnishes, from gingerbread toppers to showers of coconut snow.
