Ducasse has designed a special menu for the restaurant featuring his favorite signature dishes from his famed eateries around the world. The special Alain Ducasse Celebration Menu will include delectable dishes from five highly acclaimed Ducasse restaurants, most notably Beige in Tokyo and Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée in Paris, among others.
Each dish is carefully paired with a specific wine of personal significance for Ducasse and further enhances the flavors of the food.
