As if the upcoming shopping mecca known as the Brickell City Centre wasn’t enough for Miami residents, come 2017 they’ll have a new luxury condo-hotel development too. Called SLS LUX Brickell, the building will be built right between the City Centre and the Mary Brickell shopping center—meaning that retail therapy certainly won’t be hard to come by for residents. The 57-story tower has been designed by Arquitectonica, with an LED façade by lighting artist Ana Isabel Martinez and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg.
The building will feature 450 luxury residences, including 12 penthouse units on the top three floors that will boast 12-foot ceilings, custom-designed kitchens, and panoramic views of the city. Plus, on the ground floor one will find a restaurant from Chef Katsuya Uechi and a cocktail bar by SBar.
Though the structure clearly isn’t complete yet, we managed to get our hands on these stunning renderings of the Yabu Pushelberg-designed interiors, and based off these, we can’t wait to see the finished product!
