With $30 million in renovations that are planned to be finished in 2015, Orchestra Hotels + Resorts is launching Conrad® Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences. Planned as a condominium and hotel, this oceanfront property will feature 290 condominium-style rooms and lavish amenities.
The beachside residences are available from studios and three-bedroom options to penthouse living for additional comfort. Limited Signature Collection two- and three-bedroom homes will also be available to buy that range from 934 to 1,446 square feet and will run from $825K to $1.2M.
For both short-term visitors and prospective full-time residents, pre-furnished options are available, which includes flat-screen televisions, well-appointed kitchens and spa-like marble-laden bathrooms. Each home will feature a choice of year-round living or participation in Conrad Residential Rental Program furnishings. The packages can be customized from Interiors by Steven G or buyers can opt for ready-made residences.
On-site amenities include a heated swimming pool, full day spa, modern fitness center, poolside restaurant & bar and beachside dining and beverage service as well. As one might expect, owners will also receive a number of benefits not allowed to hotel guests, such as a high-speed elevator, an owner's lounge and washer and dryer hookups.
"As one of the premier luxury condominiums and hotels to hit the market in the Fort Lauderdale area, our plan is to deliver quality homes that will resonate with the world-traveler who is looking for a turn-key lifestyle with high-touch service at a relative value,” said Developer Jose Luis Zapata. As the developer of the award-winning Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, Zapata has a proven track record, which means Conrad Fort Lauderdale may soon be one of Florida's best real estate properties.
