Oasis Collections, the American-run, South American-based boutique hospitality company which pioneered the introduction of a social element and style requirement to short-term rental experiences, has just opened its first portfolio of U.S. properties. Oasis is now offering a number of luxury rentals in the Miami area, including an eight-bedroom private villa that goes for $6,000 per night.
The company had already established a foothold within South American destinations including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Uruguay. In each destination, Oasis seeks out owners of high-end vacation homes and investment properties for its portfolio. Each property is visited personally and must adhere to a set of guidelines as well get the thumbs-up from the firm’s design-conscious Oasis Portfolio Curators.
Also, since The Clubhouse in Buenos Aires (the company's first destination), Oasis has been granting guests access to private member’s clubs in their rental area. This gives them instant entrée to the social fabric of the city and an insider connection to its culture.
In São Paulo, Oasis has a partnership with the recently-opened Tofiq House and the hip hangout Hotel Unique, while in Rio the company launched a series of pop-up Clubhouse events and offers guests exclusive access to La Suite. In addition to its design-oriented portfolio, Oasis promises an exceptional level of professionalism and personalized attention via in-house concierges, curated city guides, and guest service seven days a week.
