Lionheart Capital will soon be adding to Miami Beach’s residential neighborhoods with the new Ritz-Carlton residences slated to begin selling mid-November when the on-site sales office opens. The property will cover seven acres and will be located on the shores of Surprise Lake. Combining Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni's modernist ideas with The Ritz’s refined elegance, the new property will be one of the select few stand-alone Ritz-Carlton Residences in the world and only one in Miami Beach.
Aiding the project will be award-winning Miami architecture firm ADD Inc. The LEED-certified property and will boast a private marina for 111 condo residences, 15 villas, gardens, entertainment spaces, and pools.
Ranging in size from 1,700 to over 10,000 square feet, the two- to four-bedroom homes will come in a variety of floor plans (over 60), all custom-designed by Lissoni. The Boffi master bathrooms will come with Dornbracht fixtures and all residences will be wired for smart-home technology. Other amenities include Gaggenau appliances and built-in coffee systems, Boffi kitchens, oversized stone countertops and many will come with private elevator foyers, plunge pools and sprawling terraces.
A waterfront social room with bar, half-acre roof-top pool deck, an expansive infinity-edge pool with a waterfall, and whirlpool spa and poolside Grille Restaurant are only some of the amenities owners can enjoy. Unique to the property will be its on-site marina and a private luxury vessel for Intracoastal and beach access.
And, instead of having to leave your home for a spa day, the Residences will feature their own private spa treatment suite, steam rooms and sauna. And yogis will feel at home with the yoga studio in their own backyard. The full-service condos will also include valet parking, two attended lobbies, a dog grooming room and personalized concierge services.
The Residences will be the final project allowed in the area and will sit just a short distance from the business district, shopping on Lincoln Road, and Upper North Bay Road. The 126 homes will be priced from $2 million to $25 million for penthouses.
