The upcoming Porsche Design Tower Miami, a 60-story ultra luxury building is slated to open on Collins Avenue in 2016. The new tower represents Porsche Design’s first foray entry into real estate and is already slated to be a car collector’s dream. The stylish residential project is offering a limited number of private Man Cave sky garages that can each hold four, six, or nine cars. Located in 12,000 square feet of space on the third floor of the tower featuring ocean views, the retreat will be priced from $1.8 to $2.5 million. They will also offer a private alternative to the tower’s public sky garages next to the living spaces accessible by vehicular elevator.
The man cave layout allows the cars to be displayed in a gallery-like showcase with space for a living room, bar, and billiard table. Ranging from 4,200 square feet to 17,000 square feet, the Porsche Design Tower residences are priced from $4.5 to $25 million. Luxe amenities include a plunge pool on nearly every balcony, an onsite spa and a multi-purpose member’s club complete with movie theater and game room. The slate of 132 residences is about two-thirds sold with nearly $500 million in preconstruction units under contract.
