If parking your car in a “sky garage,” waking up to oceanfront views, and ascending to your luxury apartment in glass elevators is your kind of style, then the Porsche Design Tower located in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach is where you want to be. The 60-story, 132- residence is located next door to the Porsche Design Tower Miami Sales Center. The new development is the result of an agreement between Porsche Design and South Florida real estate developer Dezer Development.
The Porsche Design Tower represents luxury brand Porsche Design’s first venture into residential real estate. President of Dezer Development, Gil Dezer, said, “We expect this building to serve as a catalyst for other Porsche Design Towers around the globe. There are very few buildings which can truly say they will have inspired and transformed an industry, but this will genuinely be one of those.” The Miami Sales Center shares the Miami Tower site, and was converted out of the Golden Nugget Hotel, originally built in the area in 1955.
Utilizing 9,000 square feet of space, the sales center environment will allow guests a unique buying experience, as it will provide “dollhouse” models of the available residences while the “sky garage” technology will be demonstrated using high tech videography. Ranging from 4,200 square feet to 14,000 square feet, home will be priced between $3.9 million and $21 million. Amenities will include a pool on nearly every balcony while the state-of-the-art parking deck features circular platforms and a robotic parking system. Home owners will also enjoy an on-site spa and multi-purpose clubroom complete with movie theater and game room.
