The contemporary masterpieces weren’t confined to the Miami Beach Convention Center during the recent Art Basel extravaganza in Miami. Down in the Design District the dashing Duncan Quinn, gentleman’s outfitter, bon vivant, and connoisseur of all things stylish, hosted a series of events in an uber-cool, pop-up boutique decked out with Ducatis and the beautiful new Bentley Continental GTC.
Cocktails courtesy of star Speyside distillery, The Macallan kept things lively at a speakeasy-style bar staffed by mixologists from the famed Florida Room. The numerous Ducatis on hand included vintage models, superbikes and a custom C31 Café Racer built by Rich Lambrechts for Café Racer TV.
Ducati, Bentley and The Macallan all hosted delectable dinners in the swank space designed as a monument to the well-lived life. Smart gents took the opportunity to order a few of Quinn’s custom-made suits while ogling the Bentley, bikes and babes who turned out in droves. And if a few superstar artists felt upstaged, they’ll just have to angle for an invitation next year.
