Barry’s, the popular cardio and strength interval training workout has launched their RIDE x LIFT classes to the Los Angeles market. The class is only offered at Barry’s Chelsea location in New York City and is now expanding to reach the West Coast.
The RIDE x LIFT class is a 50-minute interval training-style group experience replacing Barry’s signature treadmill with a bike. Like Barry’s original workout, Barry’s RIDE X LIFT pairs the brand’s signature strength programming with a cardio spin workout. The programming on the floor coincides with the daily muscle group focus in the Red Room to achieve results and help reduce the risk of injuries.
The RIDE x LIFT studio is part of Barry’s newest West Hollywood flagship location, which also has a studio for the classic RUN x LIFT. The studio is fully equipped with a Fuel Bar, lockers with premium amenity upgrades and retail clothing.
The new WeHo RIDE x LIFT studio houses more than 15 bikes and corresponding floor set-ups for a total of over 30 spots, with Barry’s instructors leading guests through both bike and complementary strength training, similar to Barry’s signature class format.
Barry’s RIDE classes begin at $34/class in Los Angeles, with packages also available. For more information and updates, please visit the website. Barry’s also offers the following intro rates:
· RIDE Starter 3 Pack: Your first 3 RIDE x LIFT classes for only $65
· RIDE 7 Day Everyday: One week of RIDE x LIFT classes for only $95.
Barry’s West Hollywood location has gotten a brand new upgrade. Located at 8383 Santa Monica Blvd., minutes from the original location, the new West Hollywood studio has a Red Room studio and introduces Barry’s RIDE modality to the LA Market.
