The bar menu will celebrate the history of gin and take guests on a journey through time, with each cocktail representing a different stage in the evolution of this British classic. Starting in 1690 when gin was first born, travelling through the invention of the first G&T in 1973, and finally arriving at the 21st century with the rise of molecular technology.
