If you were to Google contemporary Chinese cuisine, the Chinese government would block your attempt. But if you took out a dictionary and looked it up you would find a picture of Fin. Located in the Mirage, Fin specializes in traditional Chinese food with exciting infusions.

The interior of the restaurant is striking, as are most spaces in Las Vegas, but this one goes above and beyond the necessary requirements to stand out, and embraces both modern design and Chinese culture in its décor.
