If a food and wine festival wants to stand out among all the others, it now has to offer some pretty compelling packages.UNLVino (April 16-18) in Las Vegas is doing just that. The annual event is now offering three VIP experiences that include hanging out with celebrity chefs, your own personal butler, and luxury hotel rooms.
The Bubble-Licious VIP Experience ($1,000) on April 16 gives the buyer (plus a guest) the opportunity to meet Chef Daniel Boulud, the weekend’s guest of honor and Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence recipient. You will also be treated to a multi-course dinner at the James Beard Award-winner’s dB Brasserie and an autographed cookbook, as well as a night’s stay at The Venetian.
The following day features the Sake Fever VIP Experience for $750, which is being held at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa’s pool. Coming with a one-night stay at the Summerlin resort, this package includes dinner at Red Rock’s restaurant Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, a private pool cabana with VIP butler service, and of course, plenty of artisan sake.
For the final day, you can choose the $1,000 Grand Tasting VIP Experience, which comes with a one-night stay at Paris Las Vegas and dinner at Italian-American restaurant Martorano’s. Martorano himself is also a Grand Tasting Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence recipient and will be there to greet you, sign cookbooks, and snap photos. After your meal, you get to enjoy the Grand Tasting event and sample tons of wines, spirits and beers.
Like every year, proceeds will benefit scholarship programs at UNLV’s William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration.
