Bugatti has revealed the latest example of the Chiron Super Sport. It’s called the L’Ultime, which translates to ‘The Ultimate’. It’s the 500th and final Chiron to leave the Molsheim factory.
The Chiron Super Sport L’Ultime is finished in a dual-tone shade of Atlantic Blue and French Racing Blue with matching wheels. It even gets a blue Bugatti badge and an intricate hand-painted livery featuring key events from the Chiron’s lifecycle.
Another unique detail is the hand-painted number “500.” It can be found on the hubcaps and the rear wing and is also engraved on the engine cover housing the iconic W16. The interior is finished in Deep Blue leather and Blue Carbon matte trim with a touch of French Racing Blue.
The Chiron Super Sport is powered by an 8.0-liter W16 that churns out 1600 hp, while peak torque of 1180 lb-ft is up to 7,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, enabling the car to accelerate from 0-124 mph in 5.8 seconds.
Meanwhile, Bugatti is gearing up to showcase the next-generation hypercar. The Chiron successor's V16 hybrid powertrain is expected to set new benchmarks.
