A Sneak Peek Of The 82nd Golden Globes Award Party

The Beverly Hilton Hotel is once again the elegant venue for The 82nd Golden Globes award show. Celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa of Nobu Restaurants is again the official Chef of this year's Golden Globes. He gave a sneak preview of what he will prepare for the award show menu, and the star of the menu will be a decadent Gold Standard Roll. It's made with succulent king crab wrapped in fresh salmon. Chef Nobu tops this with gold flakes and caviar, and serves it with a citrusy yuzu sauce.

Other exciting menu items for "Hollywood's Party Of The Year," include Nobu's signature Yellowtail Jalapeno, Caviar Taco, Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing, Tai Matsuhisa Nigiri Brushed with Nikiri Soy, Salmon Nigiri Brushed with Nikiri Soy, Tuna Nigiri Brushed with Nikiri Soy, and Miso Black Cod.

GOLD STANDARD ROLL

Those who didn't receive a coveted Golden Globes invitation to one of Hollywood's biggest award celebrations can still order this special Gold Standard Roll for a limited time at select restaurant locations. It will be featured on the menu at Nobu MalibuNobu Los Angeles, and Matsuhisa Beverly Hills through January 5, 2025.

CHAMPAGNE AND WINE PAIRINGS

At this year’s Golden Globes, the official champagne is Moët & Chandon. They will be pouring their iconic Moët Impérial Brut, which embodies a bright fruitiness, with a seductive swirl on the palate, and elegant finish. Guests will also be able to enjoy Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, a radiant pink champagne that offers a pleasing fruity expression.

They will also be pouring over 17,000 bottles of Saratoga Spring Water throughout the award dinner. Saratoga Spring Water returns as the Official Water of the Golden Globes.

GOLDEN GLOBES GIFT BAG

Attendees will also receive 'The Ultimate Gift Bag' curated by Robb Report for Golden Globes winners and presenters. The chic chocolate brown suede color Weekender-style bag was designed by Atlas Bespoke exclusively for the Golden Globes.
