Honolulu’s Ward Village is getting two new buildings called The Gateway Towers, which will bring 236 residences to the luxury coastal community. Designed by Richard Meier & Partners, the flagship towers are named Blade and Cylinder, and range in price from $1.5 million, one-bedroom homes to $20M penthouses.
