Globally renowned brewmasters Matt Brynildson and Firestone Walker recently announced their 2025 Brewmaster Collective Beer Club. It's an exclusive member-only club for beer aficionados. Members will receive a collection of small-batch artisanal barrel-aged beers and four hyper-limited rare and limited-edition beers crafted at Firestone Walker's R&D brewery in Venice, California.
“The Brewmaster’s Collective shares our most prized beers with our most passionate drinkers,” Brynildson said. “With the 2025 edition, the club is rounding into form with mind blowing collaborations and deep explorations into the art of barrel aging that will excite our most avid beer aficionados.”
Now entering its fifth year, the Brewmaster’s Collective has become a fixture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation at Firestone Walker, providing members with access to the brewery’s most artisanal small-batch creations.
Highlights of the 2025 beer club include collaborations with some of the world’s most notable breweries, including Horus, Lervig, Green Cheek, Pinthouse, Revolution, Omnipollo and Frau Gruber.
Starting in January 2025, members will receive a welcome kit with a member-voted Collective Choice Batch #4 Stout, merchandise and a membership card.
Then in mid-February 2025, members receive The Verse Collection, featuring a bottle of Parabola, an Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels; Ancho & Fig Parabola, an Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels with Ancho chili and fig. There is also a Damien Barleywine, Bourbon barrel-aged English Barleywine; and Green Cheek & Pinthouse Collaboration, a Stout with torched marshmallow, banana and peanut butter. Last is Saison with Pear, a Saison with pear, and also a four-pack of 16 ounce cans of Propagator.
In early May 2025, The Chorus Collection arrives with Velvet Noir, a Stout enhanced with vanilla, Cocoa Nibs and almonds. There is also an Uber Omni Gruber, a Super Triple Collab with Omnipollo and Frau Gruber. The bottle of Lucifer Golden Strong is a Tripel Ale aged in Chardonnay barrels. There is also a Paso Parabola Imperial Stout aged in French Oak red wine barrels. Last is Primal Elements, a fruited Sour Ale ripened in oak barrels. Members also will receive a four-pack of Propagator 16-oz cans.
During the summer in later July 2025, The Bridge Collection arrives with Lumber Thunder made in a small batch of Imperial Brown Ale aged In Bourbon barrels. The Midnight Melange is also Bourbon barrel aged wee heavy. The Revolution of Ruby is dry hopped American Barleywine Collab with Revolution. Also a bottle of Paraboloid, an Imperial Stout aged in elite Bourbon barrels, and a bottle of Primal Elements, a pleasantly fruity sour ale ripened in oak barrels. Members will also receive a four-pack of 16 ounce cans of Propagator.
During the autumn months, The Hook 29th Anniversary Collection arrives in late October 2025. Members receive blended barrel-aged ale Grainshift, a wheated Stout aged in soft red wheat Bourbon barrels, and Horus Collab that is a Crystal Ale aged in Rye Whiskey barrels. There is also a bottle of Lervig Collab, a Stout aged in Pikesville Rye Whiskey barrels, and Coolship Wild Ale that is a spontaneously fermented Wild Ale. Members also will enjoy a four-pack of Propagator in 16 ounce cans.
