Rosé on Rodeo Available Through Labor Day at Beverly Wilshire Hotel

Rosé on Rodeo, a new program from Chateau d’Esclans and the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills enabling guests to enjoy a rosé wine experience, will be available through Labor Day.

The new program features a curated rosé flight and bites menu, custom frosé by the pool and rosé happy hour at THE Blvd. restaurant in the lobby of the iconic hotel.

We opted for the food pairing which included a small bites of Japanese hamachi, jalapeno and ponzu paired with Whispering Angel rosé; a peach and burrata salad with shiso dressing paired with Rock Angel; a rosé gelée with smoked trout caviar paired with Chateau d’Esclans and a rose infused strawberry paired with Garrus. The light bite menu ends with a delicious petit macaron ice cream bite.

Diners can choose to do the food pairing for $120 or stick to just the rosés for $70.
