Last year’s San Francisco World Spirits Competition reflected a serious industry boom in the realms of American Craft Whiskey, Gin and Single Malt Scotch, so naturally we can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us. Now that the 2015 competition has officially started (it runs through to March 22), we think it’s a good time for us novices to practice our own mixing skills right along with the pros, and what better way to do that than with whisky? To help us all wait out the results, Haig Club shared with us some pretty amazing cocktail recipes and before you ask, no, David Beckham doesn’t make an appearance—but he certainly does here.
