President Obama was cracking jokes left and right in his final White House Correspondents’ Dinner speech on Saturday night, but it was the First Lady that was really killing it in a beige Givenchy Couture gown. In fact most of the ladies looked stunning at the annual event, opting for neutral hues and understated cuts, with a few splashes of color and floral embellishments. Kerry Washington arrived in a one-shoulder Victoria Beckham dress looking sophisticated and fun, while actress and U.N. Goodwill Ambassador Emma Watson (who has come into her own sartorially over the last couple of years) wore a floral dress and pants combination from Osman. Dame Helen Mirren wore a purple dress and a Prince tattoo on her collarbone in tribute to the late singer, and Emily Ratajkowski opted for a stunning forest green Monique Lhuillier floral gown. But our favorite, and the funniest look of the night, had to be Carrie Fisher, who brought two dates to the high-profile event: Tom Hiddleston and her dog, Cuddles.
