It's amazing how just one or two key accessories can really elevate an otherwise basic outfit and make it anything but. Start with a simple foundation (in this case, a black tee and A-line skirt) and add something special and unexpected. For me, this look is all about the necklace, though some cutout boots don't hurt either.
