Here's a rundown of the courses:

King Salmon - Fresh Alaskan king salmon brushed with a delicate soy glaze and topped with yuzu kosho, a citrusy-spicy paste that complements the richness of the fish.Yellowtail (Hamachi) - Smooth and buttery hamachi topped with a touch of wasabi and a dusting of sea salt, bringing out the natural sweetness of the yellowtail.Bluefin Tuna - A melt-in-the-mouth bite with a layer of umami-forward soy-marinated tuna and a hint of sesame oil, a simple but bold flavor profile.Uni (Sea Urchin) - Creamy Santa Barbara uni layered with truffle salt and lemon zest, creating an earthy, oceanic richness that’s both decadent and fresh.Scallop (Hotate) - Lightly seared Hokkaido scallop with a dash of ponzu sauce and shaved black truffle, highlighting the sweetness of the scallop with a hint of acidity and earthiness.A5 Wagyu Nigiri - Thinly sliced Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, torched and topped with garlic soy sauce and chives for an indulgent, savory finish.Spicy Tuna Hand Roll - A playful twist featuring diced spicy tuna, crispy rice pearls, and chive wrapped in nori, offering both crunch and heat in each bite.

The chefs engage directly with guests, narrating each course’s inspiration, and the evening is capped off with a signature dessert course—a yuzu sorbet palate cleanser that’s both refreshing and palate-clearing after the rich courses. The experience is dynamic, balancing theatrical presentation with culinary artistry, making this pop-up an exclusive and memorable sushi experience in Beverly Hills.
