 The Foodie Report In a move much appreciated by hungry travelers to Copenhagen, the Copenhagen Airport has added the French-Inspired “Le Sommelier Bar and Bistro,” a quick place for travelers to stop and eat for a family friendly taste of France. The airport is proud of its history of quality food – a rare quality indeed – and is more than happy to add the French cuisine to its long list of exquisite tastes.
Copenhagen Airport has partnered with travel food & beverage specialist SSP Denmark to open French-inspired concept Le Sommelier Bar & Bistro in Terminal 2.
The new post-security restaurant opens today, complete with a 36-metre-long bar, and will be a simplified version of the downtown location, operated by Copenhagen Concepts.
The menu was designed by popular French gourmet chef Francis Cardenau and features light dishes such as shellfish, oysters and a charcuterie plate with sausages from France, Spain and Italy. The bistro also features a rotisserie to grill chicken and other delicacies. The concept is also family-friendly and includes a special menu for children. Read More on moodiereport.com
