Descending the staircase to the ninth floor, the living area is completed by adjoining dining room with seating for six. A second Presidential Suite option occupies the hotel’s eleventh floor. First added to the then 10 story US GRANT Hotel in 1939 as a radio station, the Penthouse Suite once hosted Franklin D.
