Events: The 2011 Philly Auto Show runs from January 29 to February 6 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Featured exotic cars
include the Aston Martin DBS, Rapide and Vantage N420, the Audi R8 Spyder, and the Bentley Continental Flying Spur Speed and Mulsanne. They are also showing vintage and antique cars such as a 1927 Bentley 3-Litre, a 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham and a 1966 Cobra 427 Roadster.
Those who wish to partake in the ultimate luxe experience will want to attend the Black Tie Tailgate the evening before the show opens, on January 28. Hosted by the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation, the tailgate is a charity event with proceeds benefitting the Center for Autism Research (CAR) at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Guests get to dine on gourmet cuisine, sip cocktails, dance and enjoy other entertainment as they preview the Auto Show before it opens to the public. The evening is capped off with a special dessert and dancing party in the Grand Hall and Ballroom. Luxury cars from Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Audi of America will be featured while music is provided by Jellyroll.
