Yesterday Dream Downtown announced the completion of GuestHouse, the newly renovated, top-floor suite in the property’s south tower. The new space is a VIP’s dream, but in addition to offering the same luxury amenities that could be found almost anywhere in the city, guests are treated to one-of-a-kind services like a Vibes Curator, Sneaker Stylist and glass-bottom Jacuzzi. This place is literally built for a party.
The 2,500-square-foot penthouse has just undergone a $1 million transformation courtesy of Josh Held Design. "Our team deconstructed and married various influences, including mid-century modern and classic designs, to create something edgy, bold, new and unrivaled," Held explained in a press release. "The end-result is a space that evokes fantasy and holds true to Dream’s contemporary styling."
Edgy, bold, new and unrivaled are exactly the adjectives to use. In addition to Minotti furniture, an oversized walk-in closet, state-of-the-art-lighting, climate and entertainment technology, and a spacious terrace, partygoers guests receive a Vibes Curator to assist with anything from beer runs to creating kick-ass playlists, a Sneaker Stylist who can offer access to limited-edition shoes, a private bartender barista for all your beverage needs and a bouncer personal security guard to get rid of all the nosy paparazzi.
The interior also boasts wall-to-wall built-in-bookcases, a hidden Murphy bed for unexpected overnight guests and a home automation system that can be controlled with its own dedicated mobile app. Two spiral staircases lead to the garden where visitors will enjoy an outdoor fireplace, shower and glass-bottom Jacuzzi which can be seen into from the living room beneath it. And we can't imagine what you could use that for.
