SLAB, located in Los Angeles and Pasadena, is offering a bevy of BBQ Super Bowl packages. Their Lombardi Trophy package ($299) feeds up to twenty people and includes four chickens, three racks of spare ribs, four pounds of pulled pork, two pounds of brisket and four sides.
The Half Time package ($190) feeds up to twelve people and includes one chicken, one and a half rack of spareribs, three and a half pounds of pulled port, one and a half pounds of brisket and three sides.
The Hail Mary package ($110) feeds up to six people and includes half a chicken, two pounds of pulled pork, a half-pound of brisket and two sides.
Diners can choose from potato salad, mac n cheese, baked beans, collard greens, corn on the cob, coleslaw, or fries for side dishes. In addition to BBQed meats, SLAB also offers sliders, smoked wings, salads, brisket nachos, chili and pulled pork sandwiches.
