Providence, a two Michelin restaurant, has made its mark as one of LA’s premiere fine dining restaurants in its almost 11-year run. To celebrate the milestone, Chef/Owner Michael Cimarusti is hosting a collaborative, multi-course prix-fixe dinner for one night only on July 19. Cooking with Cimarusti are James Beard award-winning chefs Daniel Patterson (of LocoL Watts) and Dave Beran (formerly of Next in Chicago).
This exclusive experience is guaranteed to be a meal you’ll be savoring for years to come. Patterson recently co-opened LA’s new conscientious fast-food spot LocoL Watts. Beran made his mark at Next by creating 15 distinctive menus with eclectic cuisines from around the world. He left Next in April to focus on opening an upcoming new establishment in LA. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the restaurant. The pre-fixe dinner is $200 per person and reservations can be made by calling 323.460.4170.
