Like the name implies, Terroirs operates on a philosophy revolving around food and wine "sourced with an eager eye for provenance", resulting in the purest products populating the menu. Two floors of eating and drinking delight customers on a first-come, first-serve basis if they come to drink, and taking bookings for those who wish to eat.
