The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas just got a whole lot swankier thanks to the unveiling of 46 brand new luxury rooms, split between City Studios and Executive Suites. Designed for the modern traveler, the rooms feature curated artwork by Artspace, marking the first time the company has partnered with a Vegas resort. The best part is that if you fall in love with a specific piece in your room, you can buy it and take it home with you.
Using the hotel’s art program as inspiration, the special collection is split between the 15 Executive Suites and 31 City Studios. The former 760-square-foot accommodations include a six-seat conference table for business meetings, a “spacious living area, two luxurious bathrooms, and a king-size bedroom with telescoping doors to ensure privacy.” The artworks currently on display in these rooms includes Evidence K (2011) by Julie Graham and Golden Showers (2000) by Jessica Craig-Martin.
The 630-square-foot studios feature a spacious living room, a king-size bed with a double vanity bathroom and marble floors. The art includes Unusual Habits- 1996- Harper’s Bazaar (1996) by Andrea Blanch and Bubble Bath (2010-2011) by Rebekka Guðleifsdóttir.
Rates haven’t yet been released, but to give you an idea, the basic City Room Studio starts at $140 and the Two-Bedroom City Suite starts at $500 per night.
