Le Cirque at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas is offering guests a brand new seasonal menu for spring. Considering the restaurant has held a AAA Five Diamond rating for the past 13 years, it is safe to assume that this new menu will not disappoint.
Priced at $250 a person and designed by Executive Chef Wilfried Bergerhausen, Le Cirque’s new culinary offerings are prepared using fresh ingredients and classic French cooking techniques. Some dishes you can expect is the Les Cuisses de Grenouille, Florida Frog Legs “Lollipops” served with morels, Swiss chard, fiddlehead ferns, spring white asparagus and tarragon béarnaise; and the L’Agneau Printanier de Colorado, Spring Colorado Lamb Loin with baby turnips, carrots, morel mushrooms, sautéed sweetbreads and creamy sauce forestiere.
Le Cirque is open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is closed on Mondays.
