Before the evening’s festivities, enjoy an exclusive meal created by Executive Chef Joseph Elevado at Andrea’s which includes items such as chestnut soup with white truffle, poached Kumamoto oyster and pickled green apple; Japanese Tai Snapper with Brussels sprouts, persimmon and caviar butter sauce; and Japanese A5 Sirloin with black truffle, shitake and foie gras stuffed daikon and sweet soy bordelaise.
