When you’re always on the move and used to staying in hotels, they can sometimes begin to lose their WOW factor. Or, you may find yourself opting for the same properties you always go for—which is great, but not all that adventurous. Since your choice in accommodations is just as important as the destinations you visit, we decided to make sure your next hotel room lives up to its stunning surroundings. Here are 10 one-of-a-kind suites created by fashion houses, celebrities, rockstars and renowned designers that you can only find in the hotels that house them:
Betsey Johnson — The Plaza
Decked out in all things pink, the Eloise Suite at The Plaza celebrates the hotel’s most famous fictional resident in Kay Thompson’s classic children’s series. The New York hotel partnered with fashion designer Betsey Johnson to create a family-friendly suite in the spirit of the Thompson’s heroine. Its interiors are decorated with candy-striped wall panels, gold leaf moldings, zebra-print carpet, custom bedding, and a sparkly padded-pink headboard. “Not only can kids walk the halls Eloise walked, but they can sleep where she slept and play where she played—truly bringing the books to life,” shared Lissa Poirot, editor-in-chief of Family Vacation Critic. “And for parents, it’s a really fun way to tie a family vacation in with something the kids are familiar with while exploring New York City.”
Price: $2,043/night
Best Feature: Eloise robes and towels
Made For: Families and chic city kids looking to impress their friends

The room’s mini bar also comes stocked with the band’s favorite items.

Christian Dior — Hotel Majestic Barrière Cannes

The over 4,800-square-foot, two-bedroom residence offers 180-degree views of the Mediterranean Sea from its 6th-floor terrace. Both bedrooms include their own bathroom, living and dining rooms (yes, both!), wardrobe and private lounge—basically each room is your own apartment. The Parisian fashion houses’ interior designer Nathalie Ryan, decorated the suite in the style of avenue Montaigne in Paris, the headquarters of the famous couturier.
The suite’s mural paintings are handmade by highly-specialized craftsmen while the dining room features a Louis XVI-style table surrounded by silver and grey-upholstered medallion chairs. In every room, everything was carefully and thoughtfully chosen, from the fine silks and velvets to the embroidered bed linens and Pullman armchairs.
