The recently unveiled rooms, designed by Roger Thomas, Executive Vice President of Design for Wynn Design and Development, feature several upgrades, including rich new wallpaper, carpets, chairs, couches and lamps throughout. The renovation project encompasses all guestrooms and suites and is slated to continue through early 2011.
Draped in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and accented by an array of contemporary furnishings and fabrics, the Resort Deluxe rooms offer a modern update to the Wynn's classic Resort Room. The beautifully appointed 640-square-foot Resort Deluxe is equipped with additional advance technologies, including remote controlled lighting, drapery and room service messaging. Resort guests have the option of selecting either one king bed or two double beds, and depending on preference, can choose a room overlooking either the resort's own 19-hole golf course or the Las Vegas strip, or better yet, a corner room, which offers a panoramic view of both.
"Wynn has been open for just over five years, and we felt it was time to do more than just refresh the rooms, but to really give them a completely different feel," said Wynn Las Vegas and Encore President Andrew Pascal.
"The new rooms are fresh and crisp and light; they are incredibly uplifting."
