Over the past year, Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort has been undergoing a major multi-million dollar renovation, most recently adding the new eforea Spa and Movement Studio to the property. The hotel’s new health and wellness retreat spans over 9,700 square feet of the property with more than 7,000 square feet being dedicated to the eforea Spa alone. The remaining space is spilt between the Movement studio, Zen garden and spa's retail store.
With 15 treatment rooms, three pedicure stations, four manicure tables, locker rooms, a steam room, whirlpool and Jacuzzi tubs, and a relaxation lounge, the eforea Spa offer guests some of the very best wellness accommodations in Cabo. Services range from traditional facials to the Native Kakawatl Ritual, an indigenous treatment that uses an ancient Mexican recipe made from local ingredients to rejuvenate the body and mind. Guests can also hand-select herbs from the spa’s “living wall” to incorporate into their favorite service.
“The new eforea Spa and Movement Studio at Hilton Los Cabos were born out of the desire to deliver a refreshing spa and wellness experience to our guests,” said Adriana Tello, spa director of the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort. “Hilton’s global eforea Spa concept stood out to our team as the principles of using local ingredients, native rituals and treatments are complemented by traditional and recognizable menu options. Our spa offers two ‘journeys’ to allow guests the choice of how much, or little, they’d like to incorporate local elements into their treatments, and we're excited to unveil these new offerings as part of the next phase of our revitalization.”
The Movement Studio and gym overlooking the Sea of Cortez includes the latest equipment from TechoGym and Precor and offers spin bikes, treadmills, elliptical and weight training systems. The studio also holds classes for aerial yoga, Zumba, transformational breathing and TRX. Beachside classes are also available year round for those who want to get out of the studio and practice Child’s Pose in the sun and sand.
