Dedicated-single cabins are available in a variety of categories, including inside to deluxe outside with a balcony. The company plans to launch the 108-passenger ship, the AmaVida, and the 164-passenger ship, the AmaPrima. The firm also will be adding new itineraries, such as an 11-day Paris and Normandy cruise. Both cruises offer savings of 50 percent off and include airfare from Los Angeles. There is a cruise on December 22 and on December 29. The announcement of the firm’s placement of an order for two Viking Longships was made Friday, July 20, 2012, from its Los Angeles offices. Each will have 95 staterooms. Viking Cruises is now set to add eight ships in 2013, and have a total of 14 by 2014.
