Throughout the year guests will learn to cook alongside the celebrated chefs from InterContinental Hong Kong’s diverse restaurants, including the Michelin starred establishments SPOON by Alain Ducasse, Yan Toh Heen and THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill along with the legendary NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong. In addition to the annual cooking classes, the hotel has launched a new Baking Club program created under the guidance of SPOON’s new Pastry Chef Jerome Husson.
