The luxury hotel will feature 400 spacious guestrooms, five restaurants and bars, over 21,500 square feet of meeting and banqueting space and recreational facilities including a Pürovel Spa. Mr. Lv Dong Sheng, the Chairman of Enough Group says: “Swissôtel Changsha is our first international Five-Star hotel project in Hunan. The new hotels are a collaborative effort between Mission Hills Group, a leading golf brand and force behind China's sports and leisure industry, and the Hard Rock. Both new hotels will feature the patented rock 'n' roll design elements and music-inspired amenities for guests. The 22-story, 280-guestroom Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen, which sets on approximately 10 acres, will feature luxury suites on the top floor. The official opening ceremony for the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occurred Monday, July 23, 2012. The new luxury hotel occupies the top 30 floors of the Guangzhou IFC building. There also is an events facility on the lower floors of the towering building.
