When watching the above video, you may think that you're getting glimpses of a super cool new spaceship from the upcoming Star Wars flick, because that's how intense it is. Instead of an aircraft though, the video shows the new INU electric scooter, which can fold itself up in five measly seconds. And to be honest, this thing is way cooler than any fictional ship can be, because this is real.
We spotted the luxury toy this week at CES 2015 in Las Vegas and immediately fell in love. Folding bikes aren't really a new thing, but the INU brings it to a new level that takes all of the work out. All you have to do is a press a button on the smartphone app and the scooter does everything for you. Plus, everything about the battery-powered bike looks cool and futuristic, especially the front display on the handlebars. The tech integrated within the handles basically allows you to do everything while on the move, including send texts, record video, and even take a selfie.
INU starts at €2,999 (around $3,554) and comes in three different options depending on the battery size you want. Able to speed up to around 15mph, it's pretty much the perfect solution to little jaunts around your city. If you preorder one now, you will get it sometime between May and June.
