Have you ever thought to yourself, "Jeez, I would love a Karl Lagerfeld punching bag?" If you didn't nod your head, it must be because you didn't know such a thing exists. The designer's Punching Trunk is just one piece in a larger Boxing suite collection (which features three smaller bags that double as travel duffels) that was created for Louis Vuitton’s Celebrating Monogram project.
The trunk has a punching bag inside (complete with a stand) and a separate suitcase that holds gloves and a mat. Thanks to removable shelves, you can use the trunk for travel if you choose to hang the bag in your private home gym. The punching bag itself features aged cowhide leather trim and golden-brass hardware, while the double chains make sure it can withstand all your left hooks and front snap kicks. Something tells us Lagerfeld has never actually punched a bag in his life, but we're assuming they pulled in some outside help to get the technical details right. Plus, only 25 of the Punching Trunks (priced at around $175,000) were produced so getting your hands on one would certainly be something to gloat over.
