Christie's Third Annual Green Auction Offers Luxury Prizes

From now until April 19 you can bid on an incredible number of exclusive luxury accessories and experiences during Christie’s third annual Green Auction: Bid to Save the Earth via the online auction site Charitybuzz. Offerings include a 7-day yacht charter aboard the new 145-ft.Hemisphere, the world’s largest luxury sailing yacht (estimated at $245,000), a VIP invitation to all facets of the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival including the opening night party hosted by Robert De Niro (estimated at $35,000), a six night escape in a fabulous four-bedroom villa with spa treatments at the Viceroy Hotel & Resort Anguilla, (estimated at $22,000), a five-night island getaway to the picture perfect Parrot Cay Resort, Turks & Caicos (estimated at $21,000), a one-of-a-kind Girard-Perregaux Sea Hawk watch specially designed for the auction (estimated at $10,000), the chance to have Cameron Diaz record your personal outgoing voicemail message (estimated at $1,000), and an interactive Grey Goose Vodka Mixology Experience and Private Cocktail Party for 10 at your home (estimated at $750).

Proceeds will benefit four of the world’s leading environmental nonprofits which include, Oceana, Conservation International (CI), Central Park Conservancy (CPC), and Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). Specifically for water conservation projects central to each organization, and the total amount raised will be revealed on Earth Day, April 22, 2012.

Christie’s is also hosting an exclusive, live Green Auction Gala on April 11 in New York City with generous support from JW Marriott.
