The Emerald, Seattle’s highly-anticipated luxury condominium building, one block from Pike Place Market and the Puget Sounds’ soon-to-be renovated waterfront, has released its exquisite penthouse collection made up of 22 masterfully designed two-, three-, and four-bedroom premier residences. Known as Seattle’s newest modern marvel featuring the highest caliber finishes, bespoke service and unparalleled sweeping views, the premier luxury residences range from $2 million to nearly $11 million. The building’s two top-floor penthouses, appropriately monikered Trillion and Marquise in reference to their one-of-a-kind floor plans resembling the eponymous gem cuts, stand in a class of their own. The Trillion is listed for $10.9 million, making it Seattle’s most expensive luxury listing along the city’s waterfront. Developed by Daniels Create World Seattle and a world-renowned Seattle-based design team, Julia Nagele of Hewitt Architects and Susan Marinello Interiors, The Emerald is scheduled to complete a total of 262 signature studios, one, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences in summer 2020.
