Jeff “The Dude” Bridges has moved on from his Montecito, CA estate, making the $29.5 million home available for a new owner. Not only is it pretty rare to find a property of this size (the lot spans 19.5 acres) in the area, Bridges and his wife Susan bought the house from musician Kenny Loggins way back in 1994 and raised their three daughters there—meaning that those walls have a lot of cool stories to tell. With design elements from when Loggins owned it (including the Italian antique tiles and the stone fireplace mantel) and an area Bridges calls the “fort,” you literally won’t find a better home to have Big Lebowski movie nights in.
