A $50 million penthouse called the Palazzo di Ricchezze will soon be up for grabs in The Mansions at Acqualina in Miami. Found in the Isles Beach neighborhood, the oceanfront residence takes over the building's 45th and 46th floors, and offers almost 18,000 square feet of living space. Plus, the penthouse will be completely customizable — meaning that you will have tons of options, from two indoor swimming pools to the number of bedrooms.
Calling itself "The World's Finest Residence," The Mansions at Acqualina (of Acqualina Resort & Spa, its sister development) promise to raise the bar of luxury higher than ever before. Apparently that means offering each residence furniture-ready so future owners don't have to worry about decorating, which can typically take up to a year.
