Molihua, the highly anticipated restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred chefs Ho Chee Boon and Hideki Hiwatashi, recently made its grand debut in Houston. Nestled on the second floor of Blossom Houston, Molihua, meaning "Jasmine" in Chinese, offers a unique culinary experience that seamlessly blends the artistry of Japanese cuisine, dim sum, and decadent desserts.

Molihua's menu showcases the freshest ingredients in both traditional and modern Japanese and Asian dishes. The à la carte menu features a diverse selection of small bites, sushi, and noodle dishes. Standout dishes include Japanese A5 Wagyu Skewer, Aburi Nigiri Moriawase, Molihua Grilled Duck and Rice, and a delectable dessert menu.

Molihua exudes a contemporary ambiance inspired by jasmine flowers. The restaurant's design and decor create a serene and inviting atmosphere for guests. With various seating options, including booths, two-tops, bar seating, and a private dining room, Molihua caters to all occasions. The centerpiece of the dining area is a vibrant sushi bar, where expert chefs craft the freshest seafood into exquisite Japanese dishes.

The culinary team at Molihua is led by Chef Ho Chee Boon, who brings over 35 years of experience from renowned Asian restaurants worldwide. Joining Chef Ho is Chef Hideki Hiwatashi, who has dedicated more than 30 years to mastering the art of kaiseki cuisine. Chef Hideki's impressive resume includes training at the prestigious Kikunoi Roan in Kyoto and leadership roles at acclaimed restaurants globally.
