On Monday the James Beard Foundation hosted its 25th annual awards gala in Chicago, announcing their picks for the best of the best in the food and beverage industry. Of course, with so many epicurean experts, the event needed an impressive (and tasty) cocktail to offer, which just so happened to be called the JBF Bramble. The foundation was kind enough to share the fun recipe with us so we could all make it at home.
Created for the gala specifically, the drink is made with BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron, lemon juice and simple syrup, and is topped off with some blackberry purée.
