Jaeger-LeCoultre is set to present a limited series of three Master Memovax International timepieces at the prestigious Parisian concept store, Colette. As part of the project, “The Cabinet of Curiosities by Thomas Erber,” the series of limited edition watches will be on display from November 29 to December 31, 2010.
For this exclusive event, Jaeger-LeCoultre has created a special edition of its Master Memovox International watch, presented in a black PVD-coated steel case with a dial featuring a city disc which reads "Colette," rather than the classic "Paris" embellishment.
In addition to the three-piece limited edition timepieces designed by Jaeger-LeCoultre, “The Cabinet of Curiosities by Thomas Erber” will showcase an exceptional array of designer fashions, as well as a unique collection of artwork. Jaeger-LeCoultre is among one of 25 participants chosen to create a custom piece for this particular project. Based on the strict criteria of quality craftsmanship, as well as a combination of the artisans' vision of luxury and expertise, each piece presented by the luxury brands, artists and designers have been carefully selected by curator Thomas Erber himself. All of the works exhibited are considered relevant pieces of art and will serve as a “curiosity” intended for an audience of discerning connoisseurs.
